Send us an email at Contactus@bridgecomsystems.com or submit a support ticket to receive an RMA number and further instructions. The lead time, meaning the time it takes for us to process the RMA after receiving the package and it be returned to the customer, on all RMAs is a maximum of two weeks.


After you receive your RMA number, follow any additional instructions included. Then, ship your package back to us at the following address:

Do not place a shipping label on the manufacturer's packaging. 

Securely package the returned product within an outer box. We strongly suggest using a shipment method which includes insurance and tracking. BridgeCom Systems will not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Should any merchandise be damaged or lost on its way back to BridgeCom, you will need to file a claim with your shipping company.

Once we have received the package we will send you a confirmation email letting you know it was received. Once the order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.

If you are returning PRODUCTS FOR REFUND/STORE CREDIT:


Please return the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Please remember that if product(s), including the original manufacturer’s box, are not returned in like new, resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred. 


If you are returning PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT UNDER WARRANTY:

Please include all of the original items inside of the original packaging and follow all other instructions given to you at the time the RMA is issued. 


If you are returning a radio for PROGRAMMING OR REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY:


Please ship only the body of the radio back to us unless instructed otherwise at the time the RMA is issued. All accessories, including the battery and antenna are unnecessary.
