Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the customer (using the email you provided during the order process) when a product leaves our shop.
Once your order leaves our shop we do not have control over the shipping process. If a delay occurs, please contact the shipping company and allow at least 2 weeks for delivery (1 month for international shipping). If after 2 weeks you do not receive the product, please contact us at customersupport@bridgecomsystems.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. Claims can take another 2 weeks or more. Once the claim is complete, if the item is deemed lost by the shipper, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Items ordered during unusual circumstances (such as Covid19) are likely to be delayed even more than normal, so please allow for extra time in receiving your items.
